Quick, name a stamp set that you just had to have but have since used once – or not at all! For me, that has been the Six Sided Sampler stamp set. I saw lots of cool things done with this set and I loved the hexagon punch that coordinated, so I picked it up last fall. and I think I’ve used it about twice! Thankfully, my friend Sarah Naber came to my rescue with this awesome inspiration that is great for guys or gals!
You know me, I love clean and simple cards – especially if they have lots of great details that are subtle but really add to the card. And boy does she deliver!
It is a little hard to see in the first picture, but I like how she stamped the Cherry Cobbler cardstock with the Woodgrain stamp and then she embossed the Island Indigo cardstock with the Alphabet Press embossing folder
Add a touch of Linin Thread for one last bit of texture. Such a great color combination (Crushed Curry, Cherry Cobbler, Island Indigo, Crumb Cake) and use of those hexagons. I think I have some inspiration to play with again!
