As I’ve said in prior posts, I’m visiting my mom this week to help her out with some events (a party for her on Tuesday and a Crop where we will be demo’ing a free make and take on Saturday). So, yesterday was my day to help make sure we had everything in order for…
I have to admit, I never really thought much of bees as a stamping element or as particularly cute. But when I started playing with this stamp set, I found they can be remarkably charming. 🙂 I started thinking about what to make with this set and got inspired by the honey pot to use…
I am again on another (and last for awhile) trip, this time up to visit my parents. My mom had an event last night and so I came up to help her get ready and be there for the event. I have to tell you about a cool thing she did with one of the…
Between Christmas and New Year’s, I was visiting family out in Oklahoma. I knew there would be lots of time spent hanging out with family, especially playing with my 6mo old nephew; but I also knew there would be downtime when the guys were playing video games or we were just all sitting around doing…

So after 2 days of heavy drugs and lots of sleeping, I’m feeling much better. I tried crafting over the last couple days but only managed to sit upright for about 10 minutes before getting dizzy. I made some progress and was able to finish up a couple projects this afternoon and now put the…
So, I kept forgetting to send a wedding congratulations card in the mail to my Uncle and so when I recently found out he and his wife are expecting their first child together, I knew I better get my rear in gear! As I started digging through my mom’s stamp sets (my DH and I…
So, as I mentioned in an earlier post, at my Thank You card stack some of the ladies took my basic card design and reimagined it into a completely different card. To be honest, that is one of my favorite things about card parties and workshops. People start getting creative and you come away with…
