The New Catalog and New Product Shares are Here!
It is finally here! The new catalog launches TODAY and starting at 12noon MST, everything will be in the online store and ready to order. In the meantime, you can check out a copy of the catalog online and start picking out your must-haves. 🙂 I know I’m still trying to whittle down my list to what to get now vs later since my list is so long.

Get In with the 2014 In Color Club
I know a lot of folks like to collect the In Color items and like the idea of having all the coordinating products to give you a chance to make lots of projects with matching elements. So, this year I’m trying out a new idea – An In Color Club! .
How does it work?
The club runs from June through October and by the end of October, you will have received some of everything in the In Colors! Each month you will receive the following items in the color of the month:
- Ink Pad
- 12 sheets of cardstock
- Marker
- Ink Refill
- 2 In Color Clothespins
- 2 yds of Ribbon
- 4- 6″x6″ sheets of the In Color paper stack (2 each of 2 designs)
- At least one card sample based on the color of the month!

Happy Holiday Catalog Day! Lots to Share Today…
If you can believe it, August is here and that means summer is winding down (and some kids are even gearing up to go back to school!) and everyone is starting to put out their holiday best so you have plenty of time to be prepared this year!

There is seriously so much good stuff in there this year that when I went to do my Convention Roundup event this week and share my new holiday catalog goodies as well, I was amazed to discover my entire kitchen island was filled with Holiday catalog items! And I’m so excited to play with all of them.

The new Banner Kits which I didn’t think much of, but after Convention where I saw them using the stencils on the new Muslin bags, cards, etc. It became a much more versatile and exciting set.
Simply Sent Christmas Cards are great, but I LOVE the new Envelope Liners Framelits!!! Everyone who came to my Convention Roundup got to try them out and loved the great finishing effect they had on their cards.
Plus there is the new Simply Created Table Setting Kit which, again I didn’t think much of, but at convention, they showed it used as a mini-scrapbook album which I thought was super clever!

Top 5 Favorites from the New 2013 Stampin’ Up! Catalog
Woo hoo! Its new catalog time!
I was so excited when I got to check out the new catalog and was really happy that some of my favorite stamp sets from the Spring catalog are carrying over (Oh Hello, anyone?!) But I was super excited about some of the new items as well.
So today I thought I’d share with you my Top 5 Favorites in the new catalog!
1. Core’dinations Cardstock in ALL the colors! (pg 157)
When I finally started playing with the core’dinations cardstock from the holiday catalog and spring catalog, I discovered a love for distressing and tearing this paper. The slightly lighter colored core and textured finish, gave a neat look to my projects. It was also perfect for masculine cards and projects!
This is in my New Catalog Product Share because I need all the colors to play with.

2. Rotary Blade for the Stampin’ Trimmer (pg 176)
I love my Stampin’ Trimmer and use it every time I’m crafting. But I’ll admit I started getting a bit disappointed that I couldn’t easily cut multiple pieces of cardstock at the same time. Much to my very happy surprise, Stampin’ Up! had me covered! They brought out a rotary blade for the Stampin’ Trimmer so now I can use my trimmer to cut multiple pieces of paper, fabric, and so much more!

3. Flower Shop stamp set with coordinating Pansy Punch (pg 95)
I have a lot of stamps…. big surprise, right? So, I’ve started getting a bit finickier about what stamp sets I want to get. However, show me a great stamp set and a coordinating punch, and you have me hooked! I love

4. Chevron Ribbon (pg 173)
Everywhere you look, you can see chevrons…. but isn’t this ribbon so cute?! I especially love that it comes in 12 different colors. So you can play with this cute accent ribbon for cards, scrapbooking, or even that cute sewing project you have going on!

5. Magnetic Platform for the Big Shot (pg 184)
If you have used framelits with your Big Shot … you’ve probably had at least a time or two where you put your paper down, laid down the framelit, and then put the cutting plate on top – only to realize that something moved and now your perfectly set frame is totally off. Well, yay for technology… or at least magnets! You can totally use the post-it note trick for holding your framelit in place, why not let a magnet do the job for you and make it super easy?

The Spring Catalog is Here & with Product Shares!
Are you ready for Spring yet? I am still wishing for snow since we didn’t get any this year in my town… but at the same time, I am so ready to start looking at pretty new papers and the ideas of warmer days and new green growth! So to fill that desire creatively, I’ve gotten to play with some super cute new items from the Spring Catalog!
I will admit, my surprising favorites so far are the honeycomb embossing folder, the two-tone ribbon (it isn’t really as two-toned as I expected, but I love the softness of the ribbon when you are using it!), and the AWESOME Tea for Two designer series paper. But check it out for yourself!
