I also used the Sycamore Street designer series paper and the Sycamore Street ribbon as well as accents on many of these cards.  I was going for few supplies and a good variety of cards. 

(Ok, so in reality, I wasn’t actually trying specifically to show cards with fewer supplies, but instead had to grab supplies out of my craft room quickly so that the baby could be put to bed in my craft room before I was finished with my cards!  So, I just grabbed a few items and then made a variety of cards using what I had managed to grab. )

10–11-12 — Giveaway!!

I know, I’m a little late to the game, but I realized that today is October 11th, 2012… which means today is:

Well, since I always love an excuse to do something different and fun, I decided to put together a little giveaway for this fun alignment of dates.

So, I have a challenge for you!

My 10/11/12 –13 Challenge

Today, create any project – a card, scrapbook page, wall hanging, digital printable, gift bag, etc – and include “13” in it somehow.

You have lots of options for interpreting that but it could be 13 pieces of paper, 13 buttons, 13 brads, 13 stamped images… or even just the number 13!

Once you’ve created your project, post it to my Facebook page or email me a photo at jennifer@nwstamper.com to show your completed project.  I’ll highlight some of the projects I receive and to add to the fun, will even do a random drawing from everyone who posts to send a little thank you prize!

I know I’ll be giving away a new Gold Dazzle Pen and depending on how many people participate, I’ll keep adding more to the pile from my stash.

Convention Week Kickoff!

Today my family catches a train back to Seattle from Portland.  We’ve had a great trip and now I have a day and a half and then its off to Salt Lake City!  That’s right, it’s Stampin’ Up! Convention Week!

I will have posts scheduled to go up this week while I’m away but as I have time, I’ll try to share pictures here on my blog.  If you are interested in more up-to-the-minute details from convention, make sure you are a fan of my Facebook page as I’ll be able to post more frequently there as I see or hear exciting stuff!
