Some simple silhouettes

For the first time, Stampin’ Up!  has offered a 15% discount on brand new stamps when they first came out.  One of the stamps on sale was Pocket Silhouettes and when I saw them, I thought they would be so versatile and I had to take advantage of the sale.  Since it was one of the sets I kept out of the moving boxes, I decided to try them out on a couple cards.

Both of these cards were simple designs and the vintage violet card was designed by accident. 🙂  I was trying to figure out what kind of design to make and when picking up scraps I ended up setting them down in a layout close to the end result and the rest built from there.
